地榆升白片改善抗精神病药所致白细胞减少症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨地榆升白片、鲨肝醇片两种药物单独使用改善抗精神病药所致白细胞减少症,并评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,选取2020年12月至2022年12月江西省精神病院因服用抗精神病药所致的白细胞减少症患者共60例,服用地榆升白片的患者为研究组,服用鲨肝醇片的患者为对照组,每组30例。比较两组在治疗前、治疗后1月、治疗后2月临床疗效,外周血白细胞数目和不良反应发生情况。结果 患者外周白细胞计数在治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后1个月与2个月差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组平均总有效率高于对照组,且治疗后1个月与2个月研究组的升白作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论 地榆升白片治疗抗精神病药所致白细胞减少症效果确切,治疗安全性较高,为抗精神病药所致白细胞减少症提供适宜治疗方案。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of diyu shengbai tablets and batilol tablets in improving the leukopenia caused by antipsychotic drugs,and evaluate their clinical efficacy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted,60 patients were diagnosed with leukopenia caused by the use of antipsychotic drugs in Jiangxi Mental Health Center from December 2020 to December 2022 were divided two groups.The patients taking diyu shengbai tablets were assigned to the study group,and the patients taking batilol tablets were assigned to the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,WBC and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 1 month,2 months.Results The difference in peripheral white blood cell count between patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between 1 and 2 months after treatment(P>0.05).Average total effective rate:the study group was higher than the control group,and the whitening effect of the study group was better than that of the control group at 1 and 2 months after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than in the control group.Conclusion Diyu shengbai tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of leukopenia caused by antipsychotics.It Provide a suitable treatment plan for leukopenia caused by antipsychotic drugs.
