固本救心方联合抗心衰药物对中医辨证为心肺气虚的心衰病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医辨证为心肺气虚的心衰病采用固本救心方、抗心衰药物联合治疗的效果。方法 将2022年1月至2023年1月新余市中医院收治的心衰病患者60例按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例,对照组采用抗心衰药物治疗,基于此,观察组加用固本救心方治疗,均治疗2周。比较两组治疗效果、心电图指标、6 min步行试验(6 MWT)、B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.67%比对照组73.33%高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、E峰值/A峰值(E/A)、心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);两组血清BNP水平均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低,两组6MWT均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论 中医辨证为心肺气虚的心衰病采用固本救心方联合抗心衰药物治疗效果显著,可有效提高患者的运动功能,改善心功能,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of guben jiuxin prescription and anti-heart failure drugs for heart failure disease which was dialectical of heart and lung qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 patients with heart failure admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-heart failure drugs,based on this,the observation group was treated with guben jiuxin prescription,all treated for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,electrocardiogram index,6 min walking test(6MWT),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group 96.67%was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak E/peak A(E/A),cardiac output(CO)and stroke output(SV)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BNP level in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the 6MWT in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Guben jiuxin prescription combined with anti-heart failure drugs can effectively improve the patients'motor function and heart function with good safety.
