固本咳喘颗粒联合常规西医对哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的疗效及对其气道重塑、内皮细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 评价固本咳喘颗粒对哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)的有效性及对其气道重塑、内皮细胞功能的影响。方法 90例ACOS患者被随机分两组。对照组行常规西医治疗,在此基础上,联合组加用固本咳喘颗粒治疗。比较两组慢阻肺、哮喘与呼吸困难症状,临床疗效,肺功能,气道重塑,内皮细胞功能及不良反应。结果 治疗后两组慢阻肺、哮喘与呼吸困难症状均减轻(P<0.05),联合组均更轻(P<0.05);联合组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能、气道重塑和内皮细胞功能均改善(P<0.05),联合组均更优(P<0.05);两组不良反应基本一致(P>0.05)。结论 固本咳喘颗粒联合常规西医可减轻ACOS患者慢阻肺、哮喘和呼吸困难症状,提高疗效,改善肺功能、气道重塑、内皮细胞功能,不会显著增加不良反应。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of gubenkechuan granules combined with conventional western medicine in asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS)and its effect on airway remodeling and endothelial cell function.Methods Ninety ACOS were randomly divided 2 groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and on this basis,the combined group was added gubenkechuan granules.The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma,and respiratory distress symptoms,clinical efficacy,lung function,airway remodeling,endothelial cell function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma,and respiratory distress were alleviated in both groups(P<0.05),of which the combined group were milder(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,lung function,airway remodeling and endothelial cell function improved in both groups(P<0.05),of which the combined group showed better results(P<0.05).The two groups had basically consistent adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Gubenkechuan granules combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of ACOS can alleviate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma,and respiratory distress symptoms,improve the curative effect,improve lung function,airway remodeling and endothelial cell function,without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
