益气维血片联合生血宝合剂对α-地中海贫血孕妇妊娠期红细胞参数及新生儿体格生长的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究益气维血片联合生血宝合剂对α-地中海贫血孕妇妊娠期红细胞参数以及新生儿体格生长的影响。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年1月信丰县人民医院收治的70例妊娠合并α-地中海贫血患者的临床资料,依据用药方案将其分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以生血宝合剂治疗,观察组则予以益气维血片联合生血宝合剂治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组治疗效果、红细胞参数、造血细胞因子、新生儿体格生长以及药物安全性。结果 观察组治疗有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的平均血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积、红细胞、血红蛋白以及血清铁蛋白均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。8周后,观察组的粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子、血清干细胞生长因子均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的身长、头围以及出生体质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率分别为17.17%和11.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 益气维血片联合生血宝合剂可有效改善α-地中海贫血孕妇妊娠期红细胞参数,增强其造血细胞功能,促进新生儿体格生长,有效且安全。Objective To explore the effect of yiqi weixue tablets combined with shengxuebao mixture on red blood cell parameters during pregnancy and physical growth of newborns in pregnant women withα-thalassemia.Methods The clinical data of 70 pregnant patients withα-thalassemia who were admitted to Xinfeng County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)according to medication regimen.The control group was treated with shengxuebao mixture,while the observation group was treated with yiqi weixue tablets combined with shengxuebao mixture,both groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.The therapeutic effect,erythrocyte parameters,hematopoietic cytokines,neonatal physical growth and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%,which was higher than that of the control group 71.43%(P<0.05).After 8 weeks,MCH,MCV,RBC,Hb and FER in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels GM-CSF and SCF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length,head circumference and birth weight of neonates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 17.17%and 11.43%,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi weixue tablets combined with shengxuebao mixture can effectively improve the red blood cell parameters of pregnant women withα-thalassaemia during pregnancy,enhance their hematopoietic cell function,and promote the physical growth of newborns,which is effective and safe.
