摘　　要：范炳华教授为浙江省国医名师,长期从事颈椎病的科研与临床研究,创立了针对不同分型颈椎病的特色手法,包括针对颈型颈椎病的五线五区十三穴法、针对神经根型颈椎病的坐位颈椎扳法、针对椎动脉型颈椎病的三部推拿法、针对脊髓型颈椎病的坐位颈椎端提拔伸法以及针对交感型颈椎病的枕后肌群点推法;各种特色疗法易学实用,疗效确切,值得广大推拿医生临床上学习应用。Professor Fan Binghua is a famous teacher of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province,who has been engaged in scientific re‐search and clinical research of cervical spondylosis for a long time,and has created special manipulations for different types of cervical spondylosis.For example,the five-line,five-region and thirteen-point manipulation for local cervical spondylosis,the pulling manipulation with sitting position for cervical radiculopathy,the three-part manipulation for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,the stretching manipulation for spinal cord type of cervical myelopathy,and the pressing manipulation on sub-occipital muscle for sympathetic cervical spondylosis;these kinds of manipula‐tions are easy to learn and master,and the efficacy is proved.They are worthy of studying and applying widely in clinic.
