摘 要:涡轮叶片是航空发动机内核心部件之一,涡轮叶片与涡轮盘之间则是由榫槽连接,故涡轮盘榫槽的加工质量对于轮盘失效和寿命来说有着非常重要的影响。目前,工厂通用的数控加工工艺主要采用拉削的方法来加工榫槽,后通过手工打磨榫槽倒圆。这样可能存在表面精度低、一致性差和效率低等问题。文章设计了一款符合榫槽倒圆要求的反环面刀具,采用铣削的方法对涡轮盘榫槽进行倒圆试验,以降低加工表面粗糙度为目标优化铣削参数,为轮盘榫槽边缘倒圆处理研究奠定了基础。Turbine blades are one of the core components of aircraft engines,and the turbine blades are connected to the turbine disc by mortise and tenon grooves.Therefore,the machining quality of the mortise and tenon grooves of the turbine disc has a very important impact on the failure and service life of the disc.At present,the commonly used CNC machining process in factories mainly uses the method of broaching to process tenons and grooves,and then manually polishing and rounding the tenons and grooves.This may lead to issues such as low surface accuracy,poor consistency,and low efficiency.A reverse toroidal cutting tool that meets the requirements of tenon groove rounding has been designed,and a milling method has been used to conduct rounding tests on the tenon groove of the turbine disc.The goal is to reduce the surface roughness of the machining and optimize the milling parameters,laying a foundation for the research on edge rounding treatment of the tenon groove of the wheel disc.
