低位肛周脓肿术后应用拔毒生肌散临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察拔毒生肌散用于低位肛周脓肿术后的效果。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,治疗组换药用拔毒生肌于创面后黄连膏纱条填塞,对照组换药用黄连膏纱条填塞。结果:术后疼痛、创面肉芽评分治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:拔毒生肌散能够促进低位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合。Objective:To observe the effect of Badu Shengji Powder on low perianal abscess after operation.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Huanglian Ointment gauze packing after the wound while the control group were treated with Huanglian Ointment gauze packing.Results:The scores of postoperative pain and wound granulation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Badu Shengji Powder could promote wound healing after low perianal abscess surgery.
