地黄饮子加味治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地黄饮子加味治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法:86例分为两组,实验组44例用地黄饮子加味治疗,对照组42例用常规治疗。结果:实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血钙水平均高于治疗前而中医证候积分、PTH、血磷、尿素氮与肌酐均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且实验组血钙水平高于对照组而中医证候积分及PTH、血磷、尿素氮与肌酐指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地黄饮子加味治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症状效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Rehmannia Decoction in the treatment of uremic pruritus.Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into two groups.Forty-four cases in the experimental group were treated with modified Rehmannia Decoction and Forty-two cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood calcium level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,while the TCM syndrome score,PTH,blood phosphorus,urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The blood calcium level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while the TCM syndrome score and PTH,blood phosphorus,urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Rehmannia Decoction is effective in the treatment of uremic pruritus.
