芍药甘草汤加味治疗儿童功能性便秘肠燥津亏证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芍药甘草汤加味治疗儿童功能性便秘肠燥津亏证的疗效。方法:138例随机分为观察组70例和对照组68例。观察组予以芍药甘草汤加味,对照组予以乳果糖溶液。结果:观察组疾病总有效率为88.57%(62/70),中医证候总有效率为92.86%(65/70),疾病复发率为22.92%(11/48);对照组疾病总有效率为77.94%(53/68),中医证候总有效率为80.88%(55/68),疾病复发率为52.94%(9/17)。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤加味治疗功能性便秘肠燥津亏证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation in children with intestinal dryness and fluid deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 138 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(70 cases)and the control group(68 cases).The observation group were treated with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,while the control group were given lactulose solution.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of disease was 88.57%(62/70),the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 92.86%(65/70),and the recurrence rate of disease was 22.92%(11/48).The total effective rate of disease in the control group was 77.94%(53/68),the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 80.88%(55/68),and the recurrence rate of disease was 52.94%(9/17).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction is effective in treating functional constipation with intestinal dryness and fluid deficiency syndrome.
