肛周脓肿术后应用复方黄柏液涂剂效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛周脓肿术后应用复方黄柏液涂剂的效果。方法:82例分为两组,对照组40例予以高锰酸钾坐浴,观察组42例予以复方黄柏液涂剂坐浴。结果:观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间、创面腐肉脱落时间短于对照组(P<0.05),创面缩小率大于对照组(P<0.05),术后3周创面的假愈合率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后红肿评分,肉芽形态评分,伤口分泌物评分以及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方黄柏坐浴可促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,降低假愈合率,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid on perianal abscess after operation.Methods:Eighty-two cases were divided into two groups.Forty cases in the control group were given potassium permanganate with sitz bath,while forty-two cases in the observation group were given Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid with sitz bath.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and carrion shedding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound reduction rate was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The false healing rate of the wound at 3 weeks after operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative swelling score,granulation morphology score,wound secretion score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid with sitz bath could promote wound healing after perianal abscess surgery,shorten wound healing time and reduce false healing rate,with safety.
