四君子汤辅治小儿腹泻脾虚型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四君子汤辅治小儿腹泻脾虚型的疗效。方法:85例分为两组,两组均行常规对症治疗,观察组加用四君子汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组大便性状、次数及肠鸣腹痛积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组止泻、脱水纠正、退热时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:四君子汤辅治小儿腹泻脾虚型可提高疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency type.Methods:Eighty-five cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stool traits,frequency and scores of bowel sounds and abdominal pain in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of antidiarrheal,dehydration correction and antipyretic in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction could improve the curative effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency,with safety.
