益气解毒消银汤联合氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气解毒消银汤联合氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:86例按随机对照原则分为对照组和研究组各43例。两组均用复方氟米松软膏治疗,研究组加用益气解毒消银汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后血清IL-17、IL-23以及外周血Th17/Treg水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:益气解毒消银汤联合氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Flumetasone Ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with compound flumetasone ointment,and the study group were treated with Yiqi Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-17,IL-23 and peripheral blood Th17/Treg in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction combined with flumetasone ointment is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
