加味二陈汤治疗顽固性呃逆临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味二陈汤治疗顽固性呃逆的临床效果。方法:126例按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各63例。试验组用加味二陈汤治疗,对照组用甲氧氯普胺治疗。结果:试验组起效时间短于对照组,症状改善优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味二陈汤治疗顽固性呃逆效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Erchen Decoction in the treatment of intractable hiccup.Methods:A total of 126 cases were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table,with 63 cases in each group.The experimental group were treated with modified Erchen Decoction,and the control group were treated with metoclopramide.Results:The onset time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.The improvement of symptoms was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Erchen Decoction is effective in the treatment of intractable hiccup.
