定痛乙字汤加减治疗混合痔术后并发症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定痛乙字汤加减治疗混合痔术后并发症的效果。方法:80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组术后均常规处理,对照组用地奥司明片治疗,观察组用定痛乙字汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状积分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:定痛乙字汤加减治疗混合痔术后并发症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Dingtong Yizi Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated routinely after operation.The control group were treated with diosmin tablets while the observation group were treated with modified Dingtong Yizi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dingtong Yizi Decoction is effective in treating postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.
