补肾益精汤辅治卵巢储备功能下降临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾益精汤辅治卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)的临床效果。方法:84例随机分为两组各42例,两组均用芬吗通,研究组加用补肾益精汤。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组证候积分、FSH、LH水平低于对照组而E_(2)、AMH水平及卵巢直径、体积、AFC高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益精汤辅治DOR可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kidnery-tonifying and Essence-replenishing Decoction in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Femoston,and the study group were treated with Kidnery-tonifying and Essence-replenishing Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score,FSH and LH levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the E2 and AMH levels,ovarian diameter,volume and AFC were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidnery-tonifying and Essence-replenishing Decoction could improve the curative effect of DOR.
