补肾通络针联合手法推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾通络针联合手法推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:90例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。两组均用手法推拿治疗,观察组加用补肾通络针治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后膝关节功能(LKS)评分、膝关节活动度均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症候积分、膝关节疼痛指数(VAS)评分、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平均降低(P<0.01)且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通络针联合手法推拿治疗膝骨关节炎可改善临床症状和膝关节功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of kidney-tonifying and collateral-dredging acupuncture combined with manual massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Ninety cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with manual massage,and the observation group were treated with kidney-tonifying and collateral-dredging acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee function(LKS)score and knee joint activity of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score,knee pain index(VAS)score,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)levels in the two groups decreased(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidneytonifying and collateral-dredging acupuncture combined with manual massage could improve clinical symptoms and knee joint function in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
