摘　　要：目的观察上颌骨骨折患者手术后实施针对性口腔护理对口腔清洁效果及并发症的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月无锡市人民医院收治的80例上颌骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规口腔护理,观察组行针对性口腔护理。比较两组口腔清洁效果、营养状态、术后并发症发生情况、睡眠质量等。结果干预后,观察组软垢指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组体重指数及血浆白蛋白、IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组,三头肌皮褶厚度厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组日间功能障碍、睡眠障碍、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、催眠药物评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性口腔护理可提高上颌骨骨折手术患者口腔清洁效果,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的机体营养状态和睡眠质量,促进患者术后康复,具有推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of targeted oral care on oral cleaning and complications in patients with maxillary fracture after operation.Methods Eighty patients with maxillary fracture admitted inWuxi People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine oral care,the observation group received targeted oral care.The effects of oral cleaning,nutritional status,postoperative complications and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scaling index and gingival index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than 35.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the body mass index and plasma albumin,IgA,IgM levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the triceps skinfold thickness was thicker than than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daytime dysfunction,sleep disorders,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,hypnotic drug scores,and total score and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted oral care can improve the effect of oral cleaning,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the nutritional status and sleep quality of patients,and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with maxillary fracture,has the promotion value.
