颈椎定点旋转复位法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对神经根型颈椎病患者采用颈椎定点旋转复位法治疗的临床效果。方法90例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为研究分组依据,分为参照组和研究组,每组45例,参照组施以塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗,研究组在参照组基础上施以颈椎定点旋转复位法治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、消极情绪评分(焦虑、抑郁评分)以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率97.78%同参照组的82.22%展开比较,结果呈现出显著提升(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组患者VAS评分同参照组展开比较,结果未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者VAS评分(1.02±0.27)分同参照组的(2.52±0.22)分展开比较,结果呈现出显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分同参照组展开比较,结果未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者焦虑评分(28.22±2.13)分、抑郁评分(28.39±2.16)分同参照组的(35.45±2.12)、(35.59±2.19)分展开比较,结果呈现出显著降低(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间,均未表现出不良反应,能够保持良好状态接受治疗,具有平稳生命体征。结论临床对神经根型颈椎病患者在给予药物治疗基础上,合理展开颈椎定点旋转复位法治疗,可将患者的治疗效果进一步提升,改善其疼痛程度以及焦虑状态,并且安全性显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cervical spine fixed point rotational reduction in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into a reference group and a study group based on the coin-tossing method,each with 45 cases.The reference group was treated with celecoxib capsule orally,and the study group was treated with cervical spine fixed point rotational reduction on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,visual analog scale(VAS)score,negative emotion score(anxiety score and depression score)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 97.78%,and the results showed a significant improvement when compared with 82.22%in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS scores of patients in the study group were compared with those of the reference group,and the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of patients in the study group was(1.02±0.27)points,and the results showed a significant decrease when compared with(2.52±0.22)points in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the study group were compared with those in the reference group,and the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the study group were(28.22±2.13)and(28.39±2.16)points,which showed a significant decrease when compared with(35.45±2.12)and(35.59±2.19)points in the reference group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groups of patients during the treatment,and were able to maintain a good state of accepting the treatment with stable vital signs.Conclusion Clinically,on the basis of drug therapy for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reasonable cervical spine fixed point rotation reduction trea
