摘 要:目的将本院收治的右肩袖损伤患者视为研究对象,评估采取物理因子疗法配合运动康复治疗对患者肩关节功能及康复效果的影响。方法确诊为右肩袖损伤的患者66例,经简单随机化法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。予以对照组物理因子疗法,观察组患者在采取物理因子疗法的同时展开运动康复治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、肩关节功能、疼痛指标[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E_(2)(PCE_(2))]水平、肩关节活动度、生活质量。结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为93.94%、75.76%,结果显示观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肩关节功能评分均提高,且观察组肩关节功能评分(26.57±4.37)分较对照组的(23.19±4.28)分偏高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组5-HT、PCE_(2)均低于治疗前,且观察组的5-HT(0.96±0.16)μg/L、PCE_(2)(90.58±6.20)ng/L均低于对照组的(1.27±0.28)μg/L、(94.19±7.18)ng/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肩关节外旋、内旋、后伸、前屈活动度高于治疗前,观察组患者肩关节外旋活动度(30.29±5.42)°、内旋活动度(62.36±4.07)°、后伸活动度(44.24±9.11)°、前屈活动度(138.34±12.14)°明显高于对照组的(26.22±4.64)、(59.11±5.92)、(36.11±8.62)、(126.44±11.11)°(P<0.05)。观察组生理、心理、躯体、情感、活力以及健康状态评分分别为(77.14±5.71)、(79.92±4.11)、(80.91±7.02)、(82.62±4.82)、(78.14±6.02)、(81.62±4.06)分,均高于对照组的(73.22±6.52)、(76.31±4.64)、(74.52±6.16)、(78.41±5.05)、(74.91±5.25)、(77.93±2.02)分(P<0.05)。结论予以右肩袖损伤患者物理因子疗法配合运动康复治疗取得的效果显著,可改善患者肩关节受损情况以及疼痛症状,有利于促进肩关节功能恢复,在临床实践期间值得大力推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of physical therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation on shoulder joint function and rehabilitation effect in patients with right rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 66 patients with right rotator cuff injury were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given physical therapy,and the observation group was given physical therapy and exercise rehabilitation.The treatment effect,shoulder joint function,pain index[5-hydroxytrypsin(5-HT),prostaglandin E_(2)(PCE_(2))]level,shoulder range of motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.94%and 75.76%,respectively,and the results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint function scores of both groups were improved,and the observation group had higher shoulder function scores of(26.57±4.37)points than(23.19±4.28)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 5-HT and PCE_(2) in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had 5-HT of(0.96±0.16)μg/L and PCE_(2) of(90.58±6.20)ng/L,which were lower than(1.27±0.28)μg/L and(94.19±7.18)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder range of motion of external rotation,internal rotation,extension and anteflexion in both groups were higher than those before treatment;the shoulder range of motion of external rotation,internal rotation,extension and anteflexion in the observation group were(30.29±5.42),(62.36±4.07),(44.24±9.11)and(138.34±12.14)°,which were significantly higher than(26.22±4.64),(59.11±5.92),(36.11±8.62)and(126.44±11.11)°in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiology,psychology,body,emotions,vitality,and health status of the observation group were(77.14±5.71),(79.92±4.11),(80.91±7.02),(82.62±4.82),(78.14±6.02)and(81.62±4.06)points,which were hig
