摘　　要：针对沉淀硫酸钡生产中固液分离难而导致的产品纯度下降、碱液回收率低和耗水量大等问题,采用卧螺离心机对钡浆进行高效分离和洗涤,取得了良好的效果,实现了不停车的连续分离生产及碱液和洗涤用水的全回收利用,有效降低了生产成本。硫酸钡产品杂质含量明显降低,产品质量获得了较大提升。Aimed at the problems such as degradation of product purity,low recovery rate of alkali liquor and the high consumption of water and so on caused by difficult solid liquid separation in barium sulfate production,a horizontal spiral centrifuge was adopted,which obtained good results,realized continuous separation production and total recycling of alkali liquor and washing water,so as to reduce production cost.As a whole,the impurity content of barium sulfate products distinctly shrunk and the product quality have been greatly elevated.
