基于MASTA的大速比减速器齿轮综合修形优化设计

摘  要:为了优化某大速比减速器斜齿圆柱齿轮传动系统的振动噪声水平,通过MASTA对其一、二级齿轮传动进行啮合及振动噪声仿真分析,发现存在偏载、应力集中、振动噪声较大等问题,存在较大的传递误差。以减小传递误差与齿面接触应力为目标,进行齿面修形优化设计,建立齿面修形优化模型并求解,采用MASTA对修形后模型进行分析,并对其样机进行噪声试验,验证齿面修形的有效性。结果显示:MASTA分析结果符合理论分析,仿真方法准确,修形后齿轮的接触应力和传递误差均明显减小,接触斑点分布均匀,振动噪声明显降低,且一级齿轮传动比二级齿轮传动效果更明显。可见此优化设计方案对减速器减振降噪具有较好的效果,为此类减速器齿轮设计提供理论参考。In order to optimize the vibration and noise level of the helical cylindrical gear transmission system of a certain high speed ratio reducer,it was conducted that the meshing and vibration noise simulation analysis of the first and second stage gear transmission by using MASTA.It was found that there were problems such as unbalanced load,stress concentration,large vibration noise and so on,and there were significant transmission errors.With the goal of reducing transmission errors and tooth surface contact stress,tooth surface modification optimization design was carried out,and a tooth surface modification optimization model was established and solved.MASTA was used to analyze the modified model and conduct noise tests on its prototype to verify the effectiveness of tooth surface modification.The results showed that the MASTA analysis results were in line with theoretical analysis,the simulation method was accurate,and the contact stress and transmission error of the modified gear were significantly reduced.The distribution of contact spots was uniform,and the vibration noise was significantly reduced.Moreover,the first gear transmission had a more obvious effect than the second gear transmission.It could be seen that this optimized design scheme had a good effect on vibration reduction and noise reduction of reducers,which provided theoretical reference for the design of gears in such reducers.
