摘　　要：为有效控制公司现场各类施工作业风险,统一作业标准,使现场作业分工明确、组织有序,计划周全,公司提出“管理程序化、任务清单化、作业标准化、现场规格化”的管理理念,针对风险较大的现场作业编制作业标准化通用流程,使现场每项作业都能做到“有章可循,有法可依”。梳理各装置典型高风险作业,制定具体的“作业管理流程”和“作业任务清单”。In order to effectively control the company’s various types of on-site construction risks,unif ied operating standards,so that on-site work division clear,organized and well-planned.The company puts forward the management idea of“management procedure,task list,operation standardization,on-site standardization”,so that each operation can be done on site,“there are rules to follow,there are laws to follow”.sort out the typical high-risk operation of each unit,and make the specif ic“operation management process”and“operation task list”.
