摘 要:了解新建燃料制氢气联合装置的职业病危害情况,通过对职业卫生现场调查、各岗位(班长、气化外操和净化外操)人员工作日写实及作业现场职业病危害因素检测结果的综合分析,确定了煤尘/石油焦粉尘、硫化氢、氨、一氧化碳和噪声是岗位人员接触职业病危害的防治重点。关注对煤尘/石油焦粉尘、硫化氢、氨和一氧化碳的防护,加强噪声治理,以降低岗位人员接触强度成为今后职业病危害防治的首要任务。To understand the new fuel hydrogen production device of occupational-disease-inductive situation,through the occupational health f ield investigation,each post(monitor,gasif ication outside and purif ication outside)personnel working realistic and homework occupational hazard factors detection results of comprehensive analysis,determine the coal dust/petroleum coke dust,hydrogen sulf ide,ammonia,carbon monoxide and noise is the key post personnel contact prevention and control of occupational disease hazards.Pay attention to the protection of coal dust/petroleum coke dust,hydrogen sulf ide,ammonia and carbon monoxide,strengthen the noise control,in order to reduce the contact intensity of the post personnel has become the primary task of the prevention and control of occupational disease hazards in the future.
