摘　　要：文章关注消防化工企业的安全文化建设与员工安全意识培养,对预防和减少事故、保障员工生命和企业财产安全具有重要意义。文章阐述了消防化工安全文化的内涵与建设必要性,讨论了员工安全意识的概念及重要性,并探讨了员工安全意识培养的方法与实践。以某消防化工企业为例,详细分析了其在安全文化建设和员工安全意识培养方面的具体实践及成效,该企业的成功经验为行业提供了有益的借鉴。文章的研究结果将有助于推动消防化工企业提升安全管理水平,促进企业的可持续发展。This paper focuses on the construction of safety culture and the cultivation of employees’safety awareness,which is of great signif icance for preventing and reducing accidents,ensuring the protection of employees’lives and the safety of enterprise property.This paper expounds the connotation of f ire chemical industry safety culture and construction necessity,discusses the concept and importance of employee safety consciousness,and discusses the employee safety awareness training method and practice.The paper in a f ire chemical enterprises,for example,a detailed analysis in the safety culture construction and staff safety awareness of specif ic practice and results,the successful experience of the enterprise provides a useful reference for the industry.The results of this paper will help to promote the safety management level of f ire chemical enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
