摘　　要：在现代科学技术发展的背景下,硫酸制备工艺取得显著改进。文章基于此研究循环酸化设备在硫酸制备工艺中的应用,详细分析循环酸化设备的工作原理、结构特点及其在硫酸制备过程中的作用,发现该设备能够有效提高硫酸制备的效率和产量,同时降低能耗和环境污染。文章探讨循环酸化设备在实际应用中存在的问题和优化方案,为其在硫酸制备领域的推广和应用提供理论和实践依据。This article studies the application of circulating acidif ication equipment in sulfuric acid preparation process,and analyzes in detail the working principle,structural characteristics,and role of circulating acidif ication equipment in sulfuric acid preparation process.It is found that this equipment can effectively improve the eff iciency and yield of sulfuric acid preparation,while reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.This article explores the problems and optimization solutions of circulating acidif ication equipment in practical applications,providing theoretical and practical basis for its promotion and application in the f ield of sulfuric acid preparation.
