摘 要:随着全球能源需求增长,油田开发成为国际能源焦点。油基钻井液在其中扮演关键角色,其堵漏体系对油井钻探的安全、高效运行至关重要。文章以油基钻井液堵漏体系为主题,介绍了全球能源需求趋势和油井技术挑战,详细阐述了油基钻井液的基本原理,包括组成、阻塞漏失通道和提高液体黏度的核心原理,讨论了添加剂和胶体颗粒的选择原则及相互作用机制。通过实际案例展示了油基钻井液堵漏体系在油井堵漏修复和钻井液优化中的成功应用,改善了井口渗漏问题,减小了液体泄漏风险,提高了钻井效率。With the growing global demand for energy,oilf ield development has become a focal point in the international energy landscape.Oil-based drilling fluids play a crucial role,and their sealing system is vital for the safe and eff icient operation of oil well drilling.This paper focuses on the sealing system of oil-based drilling fluids,introducing the trends in global energy demand and the technological challenges faced in oil well drilling.The fundamental principles of oil-based drilling fluids,including their composition,core principles of blocking leakage pathways,and increasing fluid viscosity,are detailed.The selection principles and interaction mechanisms of additives and colloidal particles are discussed.Through practical case studies,the successful application of the sealing system of oil-based drilling fluids in oil well sealing repair and drilling fluid optimization is demonstrated.The system effectively addresses wellhead leakage issues,reduces liquid leakage risks,and enhances drilling eff iciency.
