摘 要:本研究采用一套AVL便携式车载排放测试系统对一台国六排放标准重型柴油车进行实际道路整车排放测试试验,并基于广义相加模型(GAM)探究环境温度、相对湿度(RH)及气压对排气污染物NOx浓度的影响,分析环境条件对整车排放的影响。单因素拟合结果分析表明,环境温度、RH及气压与排气污染物NOx浓度呈显著非线性相关关系;多因素拟合结果分析表明,3个解释变量对NOx排放浓度变化的影响较显著,解释变量的影响程度由高到低依次为:环境温度>RH>气压,针对多因素交互影响下的气态污染物及颗粒物排放的研究具有统计学意义。由于环境条件的不可控性对发动机排放的影响不可忽略,所以,在制订相应的标准时,必须对环境因素对汽车排放的影响进行适当的考虑。In this study,a set of AVL portable vehicle emission test system was used to test the actual road vehicle emission test of a China VI emission standard heavy-duty diesel vehicle,and the effects of ambient temperature,relative humidity(RH)and air pressure on the NOx concentration of exhaust pollutants were explored based on the generalized additive model(GAM),and the influence of environmental conditions on vehicle emissions was analyzed.The analysis of univariate fitting results showed that ambient temperature,RH and air pressure were significantly nonlinear correlated with NOx concentration of exhaust pollutants.The analysis of multivariate fitting results showed that three explanatory variables had significant effects on the change of NOx emission concentration,and the influence degree of explanatory variables was as follows:ambient temperature>RH>pressure,and the study of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter emissions under the influence of multi-factor interaction was statistically significant.The uncontrollable impact of environmental conditions on engine emissions cannot be ignored,so when formulating corresponding standards,it is necessary to properly consider the impact of environmental factors on vehicle emissions.
