摘　　要：新能源汽车永磁同步电动机控制系统,是新能源汽车的重要系统,决定了新能源汽车的动力输出状况,是新能源汽车三大核心部件之一。可通过控制系统来控制电动机,调节车辆的运行状态。常见的新能源汽车永磁同步电动机控制系统故障,一般以电气器件损坏居多,例如,永磁同步电动机功率输出异常、扭矩输出和运转速度异常、上电操作失败、控制模块工作性能变弱、控制系统功能紊乱和电动机无法正常转运等故障。应根据症状分析、判断故障原因,并实施有针对性故障检测与维修。The new energy automobile at the same time motor control system of permanent magnetism is the important system of new energy automobile,has decided the power export condition of new energy automobile,is one of 3 new energy automobile key parts.Can control the operation state of motor and regulation vehicle through controling system.The common new energy automobile at the same time motor control systematic fault of permanent magnetism damages normally with electrical device to be in the majority,for instance,the at the same time motor power of permanent magnetism is exported unusually,torque export and operation speed unusual,last electrical operating failure and control modular character of service change weak,control systematic function disorder with motor can not the faults such as normal transfer.Should analyse and judge fault reason according to symptom,and enforcement has the fault detection and maintenance of specific aim.
