摘　　要：某海上钻采平台生产发电用瓦锡兰柴油机短时间内先后两次在停车过程中出现相似超速报警故障,现场检修人员分别从机组安保系统和停车逻辑方面入手查明了故障原因,并通过更换转速传感器和检修停车电磁阀线路予以解决,从而为该型柴油机处理类似故障提供参考,尽量降低柴油机故障对油田生产造成的不良影响。The Wartsila diesel engine used for power generation on a certain offshore drilling and production platform experienced similar overspeed alarm faults twice during the stopping process in a short period of time.The on-site maintenance staff identified the cause of the fault from the aspects of the unit security system and stopping logic,and solved it by replacing the speed sensor and repairing the stopping solenoid valve circuit.This provides a reference for handling similar faults of this type of diesel engine,so that minimize the adverse effects of diesel engine failure on oilfield production.
