摘　　要：城市停车位的稀缺问题长期以来一直是一项极为紧迫的挑战,尤其是在中国等城市化发展快速的地区。这一挑战不仅对市民的生活品质产生显著的负面影响,同时也引发了城市交通拥堵、违规停车等一系列复杂而棘手的交通问题,给城市的可持续发展和交通管理带来了巨大挑战。本文设计了一种地面双层升降式停车装置,旨在解决城市停车位不足的问题,通过快速改造车库结构,提高城市停车空间的使用率。The persistent challenge of scarce urban parking spaces has long been an urgent issue,especially in rapidly urbanizing regions such as China.This challenge not only significantly impacts the quality of life for city residents but also gives rise to a myriad of complex and challenging traffic issues,including urban traffic congestion and illegal parking.These issues pose substantial challenges to the sustainable development and traffic management of cities.This paper introduces a ground-level double-layer lifting parking device designed to address the problem of insufficient urban parking spaces.By swiftly retrofitting garage structures,the device aims to enhance the utilization of urban parking space.The system comprises a power unit,tire-in-place sensor,upper-level load plate,screw lifting rod,guide rail,tire limiting rod,screw lifting device,tire limiting slide rail,lower-level load plate,and ramp unit.
