摘 要:为研究重型商用车道路车载排放氮氧化物的主要影响因素,利用便携式排放测试系统(portable emission measurement system,PEMS),进行整车排放测试对比试验。通过测试数据分析整车运行工况、动力总成配置、整车排气管路长度、整车载重、海拔高度等对测试结果的影响。试验研究表明,平稳的行驶工况、整车动力总成配置在合适的速比区间、排气管路越短有利于车载排放,高海拔区域车载NOx排放变差,整车载重增大、大气湿度增加、环境温度升高有利于降低NOx排放,并从发动机燃烧性能等方面进行分析,确定对车载排放性能的影响。In order to study the main influencing factors of nitrogen oxide emissions from heavy-duty commercial vehicles on the road,a portable emission measurement system(PEMS)was used to conduct a comparative test of vehicle emissions.Analyze the impact of vehicle operating conditions,powertrain configuration,exhaust pipe length,vehicle load,altitude,etc.on the test results through test data analysis.Experimental studies have shown that stable driving conditions,appropriate powertrain configuration in the appropriate speed ratio range,and shorter exhaust pipes are beneficial for in vehicle emissions.In high-altitude areas,in vehicle NOx emissions deteriorate,and increasing vehicle load,atmospheric humidity,and ambient temperature are beneficial for reducing NOx emissions.The impact on in vehicle emissions performance is determined through analysis of engine combustion performance and other aspects.
