摘　　要：男性性欲低下作为性功能障碍中的一种分型,与神志密切相关,是临床中常见的男科病。“气乃神之祖”强调了“气”对“神”的滋养和调控作用,本文从“气”与“神”的关系出发,探讨了性欲低下与人身之气的生理、病理联系:生理上,性欲的产生与唤发依赖气的滋养与调控;病理上,气的衰弱导致了性欲的产生与唤发缺乏动力与物质基础。因此,本病的治疗当以补气为原则,可运用补心气、益胃气及温肾气的治法,补气之不足,使神有所依。“气乃神之祖”理论探讨男性性欲低下的病机与治法治则,以期为临床治疗男性性欲低下提供思路。As a classification of sexual dysfunction,male hyposexuality is closely related to consciousness and is a common andrology disease in clinic."Qi is the ancestor of Shen" emphasizes the nourishing and regulating function of Qi on Shen.Starting from the relationship between Qi and Shen,this paper discusses the physiological and pathological relationship between male hyposexuality and personal Qi.Physiologically,the generation and arousal of sexual desire depend on the nourishment and regulation of Qi.Pathologically,the weakness of Qi leads to the lack of motivation and material basis for the generation and arousal of sexual desire.Therefore,the treatment of this disease should be based on the principle of invigorating Qi,and the treatment methods of invigorating heart Qi,benefiting stomach Qi and warming kidney Qi can be used to make the Shen rely on the deficiency of invigorating Qi.Based on the theory of "Qi is the ancestor of Shen",this paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment rules of male hyposexuality in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of male hyposexuality.
