摘  要:中国大部分海域流速普遍偏低,为扩大其利用范围,设计了一种应用于低流速条件下的300 W低速直驱式永磁发电机,其中定子外径为260 mm,永磁体厚度为5.2 mm。利用ANSYS Maxwell软件进行二维建模并分析其空载和负载情况下的磁场分布,并通过搭建发电机外电路模型对其短路工况进行仿真分析,其单相接地短路、两相短路以及三相短路状态下的瞬态冲击电流与稳态电流倍数均在2~4倍,短路电流倍数均在设计要求范围。结果表明,该低转速永磁发电机设计合理,进而加工制造成样机。The flow speed in most sea areas in China is generally low.In order to expand its use range,a 300 W low-speed directdrive permanent magnet generator is designed for use under low flow conditions.The outer diameter of the stator is 260 mm and the thickness of the permanent magnet is 5.2 mm.ANSYS Maxwell software is used to carry out two-dimensional modeling and analyze the magnetic field distribution under no-load and load conditions,and the short-circuit conditions are simulated and analyzed by constructing the generator's external circuit model.The transient surge currents and steady-state currents under the single-phase grounded short-circuit,two-phase short-circuit and three-phase short-circuit are all in the range of 2 to 4 times,and the multiples of shortcircuit currents are all in the range of the design requirements,and the results show that the low-speed permanent magnet generator is reasonably designed and then processed and manufactured into a prototype.
