摘 要:近年来我国大学生整体体质和健康状况有所改善,但超重肥胖等营养相关健康结局仍呈上升趋势,大学生的营养健康素养有待提高。营养健康教育是提高在校大学生营养健康素养、促进健康膳食行为、改善身心健康水平的有效方法。本文通过对在校大学生膳食营养现状和问题进行剖析,结合西南儿童营养与生长发育队列中建立的儿童青少年营养健康教育模式,探讨适合我国大学生特点的营养健康教育策略,为进一步落实合理膳食行动、制定大学生营养健康教育方案提供依据。In recent years,the obesity rate of Chinese college students is on the rise and the health literacy remains to be improved. The dietary education and healthy eating behavior intervention will not only effectively improve the physical health level of college students, but also have an important impact on the establishment of the long-term reasonable dietary intake habits. Nutrition education is an effective way in improving nutrition knowledge and attitudes, and healthy eating behaviors. The study summarized the development measures of nutrition education of college students, analyzed their nutritional status and existing problems and combined with the thorough nutrition education model for Chinese children and adolescent in the Southwest China Childhood Nutrition and Growth study,so as to provide the evidences for further implementation of nutrition actions and the formulation of plans to improve the level of nutrition literacy of the college students.
