摘　　要：“跨省通办”是婚姻登记为适应人户分离现象所做的必要调整。婚姻登记事项异地办理以高效共享的数据为支撑,要求档案部门等多主体开展婚姻登记档案数据治理。本文首先界定婚姻登记档案数据治理的内涵、要素与特征,结合苏州工业园区婚姻登记档案数据治理实践,提出优化婚姻登记档案数据治理的对策。随着婚姻登记“跨省通办”范围及事项的扩大,治理主体应加强目标导向下的协同合作,多维度全面整合数据资源,强化婚姻登记政务事项标准化,在保证档案数据质量和安全的前提下聚焦业务需求开发更多应用场景。"Inter-provincial government services"is a necessary adaptation of marriage registration to the phenomenon of separation of persons and households.The cross-provincial handling of marriage registration matters is supported by efficiently shared data,which requires the archives and other subjects to carry out data governance of marriage registration archives.This paper firstly defines its connotation,elements and characteristics and puts forward actions for data governance of marriage registration archives by combining with the actual data governance of marriage registration archives in Suzhou Industrial Park.With the expansion of the scope and matters of"inter-provincial government services"for marriage registration,the subjects should enhance goal-oriented synergies,comprehensively integrate data resources in multiple dimensions,strengthen the standardization of marriage registration administrative matters,and focus on operational requirement to develop more application scenarios while ensuring the quality and security of archive data.
