摘  要:目的:为第一时间快速获取直观、系统的海上医疗后送的实时动态,设计海上医疗后送仿真实时监测管理驾驶舱。方法:基于AnyLogic的模拟仿真系统,在海上医疗后送模型中加入管理驾驶舱。该管理驾驶舱包括1个主驾驶舱模块和6个子驾驶舱模块,其中子驾驶舱模块包括作战舰艇、编队救护所、医院船、救护小艇、直升机和运输船。结果:该管理驾驶舱能够系统地提供关于伤员信息、医疗后送效率、医疗后送工具利用情况和救治时效等一系列数据,并且能够自动分析、呈现数据结果。结论:海上医疗后送仿真实时监测管理驾驶舱可以为操作者进行卫勤决策以及制订和完善卫勤方案等提供数据支持。Objective To design a real-time monitoring management cockpit for maritime medical evacuation simulation to grasp the evacuation information in time.Methods A management cockpit was incorporated into the maritime medical evacuation model based on AnyLogic simulation system,which was composed of a main cockpit module and six sub-cockpit modules.The sub-cockpit modules consisted of combat ships,formation ambulance stations,hospital ships,lifeboats,helico-pters and transport ships.Results The management cockpit was capable of providing a range of data on casualty,medical evacuation efficiency,utilization of medical evacuation tools and treatment timeliness,and automatically analyzing and presenting data results.Conclusion The real-time monitoring management cockpit can provide data support for medical decision and medical service scheme preparation and optimization.
