摘 要:[目的]解决黄花乌头野生资源枯竭、人工培育产量低等问题。[方法]调查对比黄花乌头不同栽培材料(种子、块根)的栽培成本和产量等要素,调查不同土壤类型、坡度、前期栽培植物对黄花乌头生长和产量的影响研究。[结果]选择出黄花乌头最佳栽培材料为种子,3年生1 m2块根鲜重达2.00kg,折合公顷产量达15000kg;黄花乌头栽培选择缓坡(6°~15°)、砂壤土、非重茬地块,涝害发生率低,折合公顷产量最高达16800kg。[结论]适宜的栽培条件可有效提高黄花乌头的生长和产量。[Objective]To solve the problems of wild resource depletion and low yield of artificial cultivation of Aconitum coreanum.[Method]The cultivation cost and yield of different cultivation materials(seeds and roots)of A.coreanum were investigated and compared.The effects of different soil types,slope gradients and early cultivated plants on the growth and yield of A.coreanum were investigated.[Result]The best cultivation material of A.coreanum was seed.The fresh weight of 3-year-old 1 m2 root was 2.00 g,equivalent to 15000 kg per hectare.The low slope(6°-15°),sandy loam and non-continuous cropping land were selected for the cultivation of A.coreanum.The incidence of waterlogging was low,and the yield per hectare was up to 16800 kg.[Conclusion]Suitable cultivation conditions can effectively improve growth and yield of A.coreanum.
