摘  要:采用绝热加速量热仪和反应量热仪研究氟代碳酸乙烯酯合成工艺的热危险性,并通过溶剂法对该高危工艺进行优化。结果表明,无溶剂法制备氟代碳酸乙烯酯的工艺危险度极高,通过分别选用碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯作为反应体系溶剂进行工艺优化,发现碳酸二乙酯溶剂法的工艺危险性较低,反应过程绝热温升(ΔT_(ad))为114.70 K,合成反应所能到达最高温度为125.40℃,绝热情况下最大反应速率到达时间为24 h时,对应温度(T_(D24))为161.00℃,优化后工艺矩阵风险等级为Ⅰ级,工艺危险度降为1级,工艺热安全性显著提高。The risk of chlorinated vinyl carbonate fluorination was studied by adiabatic accelerated calorimeter(ARC)and reaction calorimeter(RC1),and the high-risk process was optimized by solvent method.The results show that the solvent-free process is extremely dangerous,and by selecting dimethyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate as the solvent of the reaction system for process optimization,diethyl carbonate solvent method found to be a less hazardous process,the adiabatic temperature rise(ΔT_(ad))of the reaction process is 114.70 K,the maximum temperature(MTSR)of the synthesis reaction is 125.40℃,and the maximum reaction rate arrival time under adiabatic is 24 h.The corresponding temperature(T_(D24))is 161.00℃,the risk level of the optimized process matrix is I,the process risk degree is reduced to 1,and the thermal safety of the process is significantly improved.
