摘  要:使用盐酸直接浸出废旧三元锂电池黑粉中的锂、镍、钴、锰,采用基于Box-Behnken设计的响应曲面法,考察反应温度、酸浓度、时间对4种元素浸出率的影响。结果表明,直接酸浸法最佳工艺条件为:酸浓度6 mol/L,固液比250 g/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间7 h,2次浸出后,锂浸出率为99.96%,镍浸出率为99.73%,钴浸出率99.90%,锰含量为99.82%。Lithium,nickel,cobalt and manganese in spent ternary lithium battery black powder were directly leached by hydrochloric acid.The effects of reaction temperature,acid concentration and time on the leaching rate were investigated by the response surface method based on the Box-Behnken design.The results show that the optimum process conditions of direct acid leaching method were acid concentration 6 mol/L,solid-liquid ratio 250 g/L,reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 7 h,after two leaching,the leaching rate of lithium was 99.96%,nickel was 99.73%,cobalt was 99.90%and that of manganese was 99.82%.
