摘  要:以棉纤维素为原料、离子液体为溶解体系,获得纤维素均相溶液制备纤维素气凝胶。以1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐作为溶剂体系、棉纤维素浓度为2%、聚合度为1500时,采用叔丁醇作为置换溶剂,经真空冷冻干燥得到的纤维素气凝胶比表面积可达288.7310 m^(2)/g,孔容、孔径分别为2.2528 cm^(3)/g、30.94 nm,并结合BET、SEM、XRD、FTIR、TG等表征分析研究了离子液体类型、干燥方式、纤维素聚合度、纤维素浓度、溶剂置换类型对纤维素气凝胶微观结构的影响。Cellulose aerogels were obtained by cellulose homogeneous solution using cotton linter as raw material and ionic liquid as dissolution system.When 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride salt was used as the solvent system,the concentration of cotton linter was 2%and the polymerization degree was 1500,the specific surface area of cellulose aerogel obtained by vacuum freeze-drying using tert-butanol as replacement solvent could reach 288.7310 m^(2)/g,and the pore volume was 2.2528 cm^(3)/g,the pore size was 30.94 nm.And the effects of ionic liquid type,drying method,cellulose polymerization degree,cellulose concentration and solvent replacement type on the microstructure of cellulose aerogels were investigated by BET,SEM,XRD,FTIR,TG/DTG analysis.
