摘 要:对循环水槽收缩段的结构参数进行选型评估,提升循环水槽工作段的流场品质。采用无量纲法,对收缩比分别为7、8、9和10的收缩段入口横截面面积进行圆整处理,获得收缩段实际收缩比分别为7.360、8.160、9.000和9.878;采用ANSYS Fluent软件,基于标准的k-ε湍流数值模型对维氏曲线、双三次曲线和五次方曲线等3种典型收缩曲线的三维流场进行计算分析,给出沿流向的中纵剖面内的速度流线图和压力云图、轴向压力和压力梯度变化规律,以及出口截面速度分布云图;引入速度标准偏差值和轴向静压变化速率,综合分析循环水槽收缩段的收缩性能,选出最佳收缩曲线。数值模拟结果表明:轴向长度为475 mm、收缩比为7.360的收缩段,维氏收缩曲线最优。Structural parameters of the contraction section of the circulating water tank are selected and evaluated to improve the flow field quality of the working section of the circulating water tank.Using the dimensionless method,the cross-sectional area of the inlet of the contraction section with shrinkage ratios of 7,8,9 and 10 is rounded,and the actual shrinkage ratios of the contraction section are obtained as 7.360,8.160,9.000 and 9.878 respectively;ANSYS Fluent software is used to calculate and analyze the three-dimensional flow field of three typical shrinkage curves,such as vickers curve,bicubic curve and quintic curve,based on the standard k-e turbulence numerical model,and the mid-vertical section along the flow direction is given.The velocity streamline diagram and pressure cloud diagram,the change rules of axial pressure and pressure gradient,and the exit cross-section velocity distribution cloud diagram;the velocity standard deviation value and the axial static pressure change rate are introduced to comprehensively analyze the shrinkage performance of the contraction section of the circulating water tank,and select optimal shrinkage curve.Numerical simulation results show that the vickers shrinkage curve is optimal for the shrinkage section with an axial length of 475 mm and a shrinkage ratio of 7.360.
