摘 要:卵巢过度刺激综合征是控制性卵巢刺激过程中的常见并发症,不仅对胚胎移植策略产生影响,严重时甚至威胁患者的生命健康。目前已有越来越多的研究探讨卵巢过度刺激综合征的危险因素和生物标志物,并构建了一系列风险预测模型。本文对近年来卵巢过度刺激综合征的危险因素和风险预测模型的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床早期识别高危人群、及时制定有效预防措施提供依据,并为模型的选择和改良提供参考。Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is a common complication during controlled ovarian stimulation,which not only has an impact on the embryo transfer strategy but also threatens the patient’s life in severe cases.More and more studies have explored the risk factors and biomarkers for developing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,and a series of risk prediction models have been constructed.This article analyzes and summarizes the different risk factors and risk prediction models with a view to providing references for the early identification of high-risk groups in clinic and the timely development of effective preventive measures,as well as for the selection and improvement of the model.
