摘 要:为了推动住宅建筑行业的健康前行,并积极响应和顺应双碳目标,本文着重强化绿色住宅建筑的建设理念。文章在分析双碳时代绿色住宅建筑设计的核心理念基础上,以广清产业园项目配套综合体4号地项目为例,详细阐述了一套包括节能措施、节能材料利用以及可持续发展理念在内的优化设计方案,旨在最大程度地减少建筑施工过程中的材料浪费,并提高能源使用效率,从而全面提升绿色住宅建筑设计的成效,最终目的是为了让居民享受到更高质量的居住环境和更高的生活满意度,同时增进人们的幸福感。In order to promote the healthy development of the housing industry as well as actively respond to and comply with the dual carbon goals,this article focuses on strengthening the construction concept of green residential buildings.Based on the analysis of the core concept of green residential building design in the dual carbon era,this article takes the No.4 project of Guangqing Industrial Park project supporting complex as example,elaborates on an optimized design scheme that includes energy-saving measures,energy-saving material utilization,and sustainable development concepts.The aim is to minimize material waste during construction and improve energy efficiency,thereby comprehensively improving the effectiveness of green residential building design.The ultimate goal is to enable residents to enjoy higher quality living environment and higher life satisfaction,while enhancing people’s sense of happiness.
