摘  要:对比了炭黑N134和N115在全钢子午线轮胎短途胎面配方中的硫化特性、耐撕裂性能、耐磨性等。结果表明,炭黑N134等量替代炭黑N115时,胶料的耐撕裂性能、耐磨性、门尼粘度均有提升,正硫化时间、焦烧时间缩短。减少0.3份促进剂CZ后,使用炭黑N134的胶料与使用炭黑N115的胶料相比,正硫化时间相同,耐撕裂性能、耐磨性均有提升,适用于中短途轮胎胎面胶。The vulcanization characteristics,tearing properties and wear resistance of carbon black N134 and N115 in short distance tread formulation of all-steel radial tires were compared.The results showed that when carbon black N115 was replaced by carbon black N134 in equal amounts,the tearing properties,wear resistance and Mooney viscosity of the compound were improved,the optimum cure time,scorch time were shortened,after reducing 0.3 phr of accelerator CZ,the optimum cure time of the compound using carbon carbon black N134 was the same as that of the compound using N115,and the tear resistance and wear resistance were improved.Carbon black N134 was suitable for middle and short distance tire tread.
