摘　　要：以汤臣君品新型社区中的社区中心建筑设计实践为例,探寻能在有限土地上打造一所小而精的场所,成为容载丰富功能和极具凝聚力的精神家园。分析了社区中心在社区生活中的重要性以及邻里互动的缺失;以汤臣君品社区中心为案例,展示了在有限用地上如何打造功能复合的社区建筑的设计实践;重点研究了包括内外动线设计、首层平面设计、地下空间设计和体验式空间设计。Taking the design practice of community center building in Tomson Junpin new community as an example,this paper explores how to build a small and refined place on limited land and become a spiritual home with rich functions and great cohesion.Firstly,the importance of community center in community life and the lack of neighborhood interaction are analyzed.Then,taking Tomson Junpin Community Center as a case,it shows the design practice of how to build a community building with complex functions on limited land,and focuses on the design of internal and external moving lines,first floor plane design,underground space design and experiential space design.
