基于防火分区的成片集聚式传统建筑消防策略研究

摘　　要：针对南京市鼓楼区成片集聚式传统建筑所面临的复杂空间布局和火势迅速蔓延的问题,提出了一种基于火灾风险评估的防火分区优化方法。该方法结合建筑特性与火灾传播规律,系统地规划防火分区,并依此调整消防策略。结果显示,人员疏散时间从未采用消防策略时的300 s缩短至180 s,提高了火灾应急响应能力。In view of the complex spatial layout and the rapid spread of fire faced by the traditional buildings in the Gulou District of Nanjing,an optimization method of fire prevention zoning based on fire risk assessment was proposed.This method combines the building characteristics with the fire propagation law,systematically plans the fire protection zoning,and adjusts the fire protection strategy accordingly.The results show that the evacuation time is shortened from 300 seconds when the fire prevention strategy is not adopted to 180 seconds,which improves the fire emergency response ability.
