摘　　要：对BIM技术进行简单介绍,阐述钢结构厂房的特点,结合某钢结构厂房项目,运用Revit、Navisworks、Lumion等软件,开展钢结构信息化模型的建立操作,并结合4D施工模拟研究该厂房的建造过程,进一步分析工期,最终得到施工动画和渲染效果,为其施工建造提供了重要参考数据。This paper gives a brief introduction to BIM technology,describes the characteristics of steel structure plant,and based on a steel structure workshop building project,this article uses Revit,Navisworks,Lumion,and other software to carry out the establishment and operation of the steel structure information model,and combines 4D construction simulation to study the construction process of the workshop building,further analyzing the construction period,and ultimately obtaining construction animation and rendering effects,providing important reference data for its construction and construction.
