摘　　要：针对蒸养工艺下预制梁片开裂问题,详细分析了蒸养工艺下预制梁片生产的现状,通过对比分析预制梁片混凝土原材料和配合比、预制梁片拆模和移梁时的梁体混凝土强度、蒸汽养护时降温时长、预制台座行走轨道的平顺度等关键指标,找出了导致预制梁片开裂,梁片表面局部出现微裂纹的原因,并提出了蒸养时的控制要点及预防梁片开裂相关措施,使预制梁片开裂问题得到有效解决。In view of the cracking of prefabricated beams under steam curing process,the current situation of the production of prefabricated beams under steam curing process was analyzed in detail.By comparing and analyzing the raw materials and mix ratio of prefabricated beams,the strength of beam body concrete during mold removal and beam shifting,the cooling time during steam curing,the flatness of the track of the prefabricated pedestal,and other key indicators,the cracking of prefabricated beams was found out.The reasons for the local micro-cracks on the surface of the beam sheet are put forward,and the control points during steaming and the relevant measures to prevent the cracking of the beam sheet are put forward,so that the cracking problem of the prefabricated beam sheet can be effectively solved.
