摘 要:某项目前期施工完成的1#塔楼转换层高大模板支模加固体系搭设合格率为86.07%。通过现场调查统计分析,架体立杆搭设间距不满足要求、梁侧模板主楞加固间距过大这两个问题出现频率较高,是影响合格率的症结。针对这两个主要影响因素,施工方制定相应整改措施,超限梁模架体系搭设合格率大幅提升。The qualification rate of the 1#tower conversion floor formwork support reinforcement system completed in the early stage of a project is 86.07%.Through the field investigation and statistical analysis,the two problems,which do not meet the requirements of the erection distance of the vertical bars of the frame body and the reinforcement distance of the main corrugated of the beam side formwork are too large,occur frequently,which is the crux that affects the pass rate.In view of these two main influencing factors,the corresponding corrective measures are formulated,and the qualified rate of the over-limit beam mold frame system is greatly improved.
