摘　　要：结合实际工程案例,详细介绍了市政工程中潜水员水下施工作业准备工作,从基本方案确定、排水抽污的同时清理检查井、稀释淤泥和管道抽水、排水和吸污处理、截污和全面高压清洗管道、管道通风几方面对市政工程中潜水员水下施工方案的具体要点进行详细分析,并提出市政工程中潜水员水下作业安全保障措施。Combined with the actual project cases,the paper introduces the operation preparation of unden water construction of municipal engineering by divers in detail,and analyzes the specific points of the diver underwater construction scheme in municipal engineering from the aspects of basic scheme determination,cleaning and checking well while drainage and pumping,diluting silt and pipeline pumping,drainage and suction treatment,pollution interception,comprehensive high-pressure cleaning of pipelines and pipeline ventilation,and puts forward the safety guarantee measures for divers underwater operation in municipal engineering.
